Why I Built Future Compass
Over the years, I have worked across B2B consulting, business services, supply chains and cross-border projects. I realised that for many foreign founders, registering a company in China is often the easy part. The real challenges come afterwards — address, banking, tax, compliance, work permits and how to actually operate the business.
I founded Future Compass because foreign entrepreneurs need more than someone who can process paperwork. They need a local partner who understands what they are trying to build and can help them navigate what comes next.
